What makes Cubicle to CEO® unique?

Cubicle to CEO® is a top 0.5% business podcast "asking founders the business questions you can't Google." In other words: if you've already talked about it on another podcast, we don't want to interview you about the same thing. Because of that, we're not the show to tour your upcoming book, regurgitate your founder story, or teach your signature framework.

Instead, we're known for our tactical, financially  transparent case-study interviews with founders making between $100K - $100M in revenue annually. Each "behind-the-business" case study unpacks a specific growth strategy an entrepreneur or CEO has successfully tested, how they implemented it, and what the results (and revenue) were.

Please note: while we ultimately choose who we interview based on the specificity, uniqueness, and relevancy of the case study pitched, we also prioritize elevating underrepresented voices in business media. 99% of our guests are women.

Who are our listeners?

Our primary audience is made up of Gen Z & millennial female business owners in year 2-6 of business, making low to mid-six figures.Of course, there are always outliers on either end (listeners who are trying to leave their corporate jobs, or those who are a decade plus into business and generating 7, 8 or even 9 figures).

Our listeners represent a wide mix of industries and business models: services, coaching, courses, e-commerce, retail, content creation, and more. Our guests and case studies reflect that diversity.

What are we looking for in a successful pitch?

The best case study pitches that come across our desk answer this simple question: what's a strategy or experiment you've tested in the last 18 months that successfully grew your business? We're looking for recent strategies that resulted in the growth of one or more of these 4 categories: profit/revenue, audience, team, or time. Our audience loves digging into data, so we appreciate as many specific anecdotes and tangible metrics as possible. The more detailed your case study pitch is, the better 😉

Cubicle to CEO® is a premium podcast, meaning the full recordings of our Monday case study episodes are released exclusively to our paid podcast subscribers — our most engaged listeners who have paid for access to in-depth case studies.

A 15-20 minute preview of each episode will still be published to our public podcast feed (with a video version on YouTube) for broader discovery.

This approach allows the full case study to reach a highly invested audience, while we amplify the episode across our entire Cubicle to CEO® media ecosystem.

The week the episode airs, we'll maximize your visibility in front of our community through:
